In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we grant you a voluntary right to return items within a total of 30 days of receipt of the goods.

This voluntary right to return does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal or your statutory warranty rights. Within the statutory withdrawal period of 14 days, only the provisions of the above withdrawal instructions shall apply.

After the statutory withdrawal period has expired, you may return the goods under our voluntary right to return until the end of the 30-day period following receipt.

The requirement for returning goods after expiry of the statutory withdrawal period is that the goods are in perfect, resalable condition. In particular, the goods must not have been used, processed, glued, cut to size or damaged.

Where applicable, we ask you to return the goods complete and, if possible, in their original packaging.

The voluntary right to return does not apply to goods manufactured according to customer specifications, individually cut to size, personalised or clearly tailored to personal requirements. The voluntary right to return applies to the same group of persons and under the same geographical conditions as the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with our withdrawal instructions.

To meet the 30-day deadline, it is sufficient for you to dispatch the goods to us before the deadline expires. We recommend registering the return in advance via our service portal.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price of the returned items using the payment method originally used, unless otherwise agreed.
