In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer you a voluntary return policy of 30 days from receipt of the goods.

This voluntary return policy does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal or your statutory rights in the event of defective goods. During the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, the provisions of the withdrawal policy above apply exclusively.

After the statutory withdrawal period has expired, you may return the goods under our voluntary return policy up to 30 days after receipt.

Conditions of the Voluntary Return Policy

For returns made after the statutory withdrawal period has expired, the goods must be in perfect and resalable condition. In particular, the goods must not have been used, processed, applied, cut or damaged.

Where available, we ask that the goods are returned complete and, where possible, in their original packaging.

Goods that have been made to customer specifications, individually cut, personalised or clearly tailored to personal requirements are excluded from the voluntary return policy.

To meet the 30-day deadline, it is sufficient to dispatch the goods before the return period expires. We recommend registering your return in advance via our Service Portal.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.

Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price of the returned items using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Your statutory right of withdrawal and your statutory rights in the event of defective goods are not restricted in any way by this voluntary return policy.
