How we ship your order

As we manufacture many products individually for you, an exact delivery date cannot be reliably planned before production begins. We make every effort to meet the date stated in your order confirmation.
You can find the currently estimated delivery date directly with the respective product, at checkout and in your order confirmation.
To ensure that your parcel reaches you as quickly as possible, we offer different production and shipping methods depending on the destination country.

Important information about production times

  • The stated times refer to production days from Monday to Friday.
  • Public holidays do not count as production days.
  • Different production times may apply to individual products.
  • The estimated delivery date displayed with the respective product and at checkout is decisive.
  • The available shipping methods, final shipping costs and current delivery time will be shown to you at checkout before you complete your order.

Germany

Standard Production & Shipping
  • Shipping costs: €6.95 incl. 19% VAT
  • Production time: approx. 3–10 production days
  • Free standard shipping: for orders over €99.00 incl. 19% VAT
Express Production & Shipping
  • Base price: €14.90 incl. 19% VAT
  • Additional charge: 20% of the order value (min. €10)
  • Production time: approx. 1–3 production days
The estimated delivery date and available shipping methods will be shown to you with the respective product and at checkout.

Austria

Standard Production & Shipping
  • Shipping costs: €8.90 incl. 20% VAT
  • Production time: approx. 3–10 production days
Tax information: If a valid VAT identification number is provided, the delivery can be invoiced without VAT, provided that the legal requirements for a tax-free intra-Community supply are met.

For the following countries, a production time of approx. 3–10 production days applies.
All shipping prices listed already include the applicable standard VAT rate of the destination country.

The different gross prices result from the different VAT rates of the respective destination countries. The basis is net shipping costs of €9.90.
The final shipping price will be shown to you at checkout after you enter your delivery address.

Different tax rates, shipping costs and delivery conditions may apply to certain special territories within the EU.

Switzerland

  • Shipping costs: €29.86 excl. VAT
  • Production time: approx. 3–10 production days
The delivery will be invoiced without German VAT, provided that the legal requirements for a tax-free export supply are met.
Import VAT, customs duties, handling fees or other charges may be levied by the responsible authorities or shipping service providers. These costs are not included in our shipping costs and are borne by the recipient.

United Kingdom

Standard Production & Shipping
  • Shipping costs: €29.86 excl. VAT
  • Production time: approx. 3–10 production days
The delivery will be invoiced without German VAT, provided that the legal requirements for a tax-free export supply are met.
Import VAT, customs duties, handling fees or other charges may be levied by the responsible authorities or shipping service providers. These costs are not included in our shipping costs and are borne by the recipient.
Different tax or customs regulations may apply depending on the delivery address.

Norway

Standard Production & Shipping
  • Shipping costs: €29.86 excl. VAT
  • Production time: approx. 3–10 production days
The delivery will be invoiced without German VAT, provided that the legal requirements for a tax-free export supply are met.
Import VAT, customs duties, handling fees or other charges may be levied by the responsible authorities or shipping service providers. These costs are not included in our shipping costs and are borne by the recipient.

Delivery period
The period relevant for determining the shipping date refers to production days from Monday to Friday. Public holidays are not taken into account in the calculation.
If you order items with different production or delivery times, we generally ship the goods in a single shipment unless otherwise agreed.
In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest production or delivery time.

Products with your own print files

For products for which you provide your own print files, the production time begins on the day after:
  • receipt of the complete, print-ready files and
  • receipt of payment or successful payment authorization by the respective payment service provider. .
If the submitted print files are incomplete, faulty or not print-ready, the production time begins only after receipt of the corrected and complete print-ready files.

Products without your own print files

For products that do not require your own print files, the production time begins on the day after:
  • conclusion of the contract and receipt of payment or successful payment authorization by the respective payment service provider.

Order and file submission deadline
 Orders, payments or payment authorizations and complete print-ready files must be received by us no later than 13:00.
If received later, the start of production may be postponed by one additional production day.

Attention: possible delays
The production or delivery time may be extended in the following cases:
  • The print files are faulty, incomplete or not print-ready.
  • Required order details are missing.
  • There are questions regarding the design or execution.
  • A necessary approval has not yet been granted.
  • Payment has not yet been received or the required payment authorization has not yet been obtained. 
  • Public holidays or unforeseeable disruptions affect production or shipping.
As our products are generally made individually and may vary depending on the design and execution, an exact delivery date is not always possible before production begins.
Some production steps are automated and can be carried out daily. However, certain manual work steps take place exclusively on regular production days from Monday to Friday. The estimated delivery time stated is therefore based on this production schedule.
Please also note: Orders, payments and complete print-ready files must be received by us no later than 13:00. If received later, the start of production may be postponed by one additional production day.
