This is how we ship your order
Since we manufacture many products individually for you, an exact delivery date can only be planned to a limited extent before production begins. We strive to meet the date specified in your order confirmation.
You can find the current estimated delivery date directly on the respective product page, at checkout, and in your order confirmation.
To ensure your package arrives as quickly as possible, we offer different production and shipping methods depending on the destination country.
Important information about production times
- The stated times refer to production days from Monday to Friday.
- Public holidays are not counted as production days.
- Certain products may have different production times.
- The estimated delivery date shown on the product page and at checkout is decisive.
- The available shipping methods, final shipping costs, and current delivery time will be displayed to you at checkout before completing your order.

Standard Production & Shipping
- Shipping costs: 6.95 € incl. 19% VAT
- Production time: approx. 3–10 production days
- Free standard shipping: for orders over 99.00 € incl. 19% VAT
Express Production & Shipping
- Base price: 24.90 € incl. 19% VAT
- Additional costs: 20% of the order value
- Production time: approx. 1–3 production days

Austria
Standard Production & Shipping
- Shipping costs: 8.90 € incl. 20% VAT
- Production time: approx. 3–10 production days
Tax note: If you provide a valid VAT identification number, delivery can be invoiced without VAT, provided the legal requirements for a tax-free intra-community delivery are met.

The different gross prices result from the various VAT rates of the respective destination countries. The base is a net shipping cost of 9.90 €.
The final shipping price will be displayed to you after entering your delivery address at checkout.

For certain EU special territories, different tax rates, shipping costs, and delivery conditions may apply.

Import VAT, customs duties, handling fees, or other charges may be levied by the relevant authorities or shipping service providers. These costs are not included in our shipping fees and must be paid by the recipient.
United Kingdom

The delivery will be invoiced without German VAT, provided the legal requirements for a tax-free export delivery are met.
Import VAT, customs duties, handling fees, or other charges may be levied by the relevant authorities or shipping service providers. These costs are not included in our shipping fees and must be paid by the recipient.
Depending on the delivery address, different tax or customs regulations may apply.
Norway

Delivery period
The period relevant for determining the shipping date refers to production days from Monday to Friday. Public holidays are not taken into account in the calculation.
If you order items with different production or delivery times, we generally ship the goods together in one shipment unless otherwise agreed.
In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest production or delivery time.
Products with your own print data
For products where you provide your own print data, the production time begins the day after:
- receipt of the complete, print-ready data and
- receipt of full payment.
For prepayment, the receipt of the full invoice amount in the account of myfolie GmbH is decisive.
If the submitted print data is incomplete, incorrect, or not print-ready, the production time starts only after receipt of the corrected and fully print-ready data.
Products without your own print data
For products that do not require your own print data, the production time begins the day after:
- conclusion of the contract and
- receipt of full payment.
For prepayment, the receipt of the full invoice amount in the account of myfolie GmbH is decisive.
Order and data submission deadline
Orders, payments, and fully print-ready data must be received by us no later than 1:00 pm.
If received later, the start of production may be delayed by one additional production day.
Attention: possible delays
Production or delivery times may be extended in the following cases:
- The print data is incorrect, incomplete, or not print-ready.
- Required order information is missing.
- There are questions regarding design or execution.
- A necessary approval has not yet been given.
- Full payment has not yet been received.
- Public holidays or unforeseen disruptions affect production or shipping.
As our products are generally custom-made and may vary depending on design and execution, an exact delivery date before production begins is not always possible.
Some production steps are automated and can be carried out daily. However, certain manual steps take place only on regular production days from Monday to Friday. The stated estimated delivery time is therefore based on this production schedule.
Please also note: Orders, payments, and fully print-ready data must be received by us no later than 1:00 pm. If received later, the start of production may be delayed by one additional production day.
